To keep the heating element from touching the chassis, we use high-temperature ceramic stand-offs. It completely kills any metal-to-metal contact.&#xA;Then there&amp;rsquo;s the wiring. We use double-insulated cables with silicone or PTFE jackets. Why? Because standard plastic cracks or melts when things get hot. These don&amp;rsquo;t.&#xA;The IP44 enclosure handles the wiring terminals, which stops condensation from jumping the gap between the phase and neutral lines. If water somehow manages to sneak into the terminal block, the RCD will trip immediately. To keep the seal tight, we use EPDM rubber gaskets. They&amp;rsquo;re great because they don&amp;rsquo;t shrink or warp after a hundred heat cycles.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
