Introduction
We make industrial heating tubes for the folks who can’t afford to mess around. You know the type—engineers who need heat that’s rock-solid, kicks in fast, and doesn’t hog all the space. Our units are built for one thing: packing serious heating power into a tight spot. Because when your machine can’t go down, neither can the heat.
The Tech, Without the Fluff
Here’s the skinny. Our tubes run on 400V to pump out 2500W of power, all in a 300mm length. That means you get a ton of heat without needing a ton of space. Perfect for those cramped spots, like inside injection molds or the necks of blow-molding tools. And the 400V setup? It’s a smart move. It keeps the current draw lower than other designs, which makes the wiring simpler and gives your control gear an easier life.
What’s Inside
Inside, we use halogen heating tech, sealed up in a quartz tube. Then we add a reflective coating that pushes all that infrared energy forward, so none of it goes to waste. The result is a design that keeps the heat element scorching hot, while the outside stays much cooler. That means better, more direct heat transfer to the target. And for the connection, we use an R7s base. It’s secure, it’s simple, and it gets installed quickly. It also holds its alignment, even when the machine is shaking and vibrating.
Where It Shines
These tubes are a go-to for PET blowing and other plastic processing steps. The kind of work where you need heat that’s fast, and just as importantly, reliable every single time. With that short 300mm length and concentrated wattage, they’re a simple, drop-in replacement for what you’re already using. Now, with all that power comes a little trade-off. The heat is intense, so you’ll need to make sure your machine has good ventilation and a solid cooling plan. That way, the ambient temperature around the electronics stays in a safe zone.
